A GIFT FROM THE HEART: Eyitemi Foundation Empowers Widows in Mahintedo with Food Items and Other Essentials, Pledges Free Holiday Lesson for Kids Next Year

 

In a heartwarming display of kindness and generosity, the Eyitemi Foundation, led by its Chairman, Prince Samuel Malumi, has launched the 4th edition of its Widows Outreach Program in Mahintedo community, Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State. The program, which aims to provide support and relief to widows in Ilaje local government, saw 22 widows in Mahintedo receive food items and other essential commodities.

The Eyitemi Foundation team, led by Mr. Oke Adebanjo, was warmly received by the King of Mahintedo, Oba Seth Fayemi, at the palace. The monarch expressed his gratitude to Prince Malumi and the foundation for choosing Mahintedo as one of the beneficiary communities, noting that it was a testament to the foundation’s commitment to the welfare of the people.

“We are touched by the kindness and generosity of the Eyitemi Foundation, led by Prince Samuel Malumi. The gesture is a reminder that we are not forgotten, and it will go a long way in encouraging us to continue to pray for the foundation and its leadership,” the King said.

The King also commended Prince Malumi for his philanthropic efforts, particularly in the area of education, where the foundation recently gifted students of Ilumeje Grammar School in Mahintedo with free exercise books. He urged the widows to make good use of the support and to continue to pray for the foundation and its leadership.

In his remarks, Mr. Oke Adebanjo, who led the delegation, stated that the outreach program is a manifestation of the foundation’s commitment to the welfare of widows in the state. He noted that the foundation will be covering 13 communities in the Ilaje Local Government Area, including Mahintedo, Odofado, Ilepete, Agerige, Ilowo, and others.

The Eyitemi Foundation’s Widows Outreach Program is in its fourth edition, and it has continued to touch the lives of hundreds of widows in the state. The foundation’s Chairman, Prince Samuel Malumi, has been at the forefront of the program, which is aimed at providing support and empowerment to widows in the state.
