Akure, Ondo State – December 11, 2025 – In a significant and well-organized ceremony held in the early hours of today, the leadership of the National Directorate of Youth Mobilization (NDYM), Ondo State Chapter, officially transitioned, marking the conclusion of one administration and the beginning of another.
Mr. Omoseebi Sylvester, the outgoing Chairman, meticulously executed the handover process, transferring all requisite official documents and operational paraphernalia belonging to the NDYM Ondo State Chapter to the newly elected Chairman, Mr. Ibinuolapo Ibikule Dennis, and his newly constituted executive council.
The transfer was comprehensive, reportedly encompassing a full inventory of administrative and financial records, detailed reports on past activities, strategic plans, and all relevant institutional papers necessary for the continuity of the directorate’s operations within the state.
Crucially, the handover included the formal ceding of control and oversight of all established revenue points within the NDYM Ondo State Chapter’s scope of operations.
