RE: NO INCIDENT OF ARSON IN OKITIPUPA – FALSE CLAIMS AIMED AT DISCREDITING THE TANTITA COORDINATOR IN ONDO STATE
The attention of the Management of Ondo State Chapter Tantita Security Service Nig Ltd has been drawn to a circulating report alleging that the residence of a community leader in Okitipupa, Ondo State — Oloja Ayodele Omodogbe — was set ablaze following a purported and false accusations of confrontation concerning the Ondo State Coordinator of Tantita Security Services, Snr High Chief Idowu Asonja.
We wish to state categorically that no such incident occurred and the story is entirely fabricated and it’s just a malicious intent, and clearly designed to mislead the public.
The TSSNL Ondo state Chapter under the Leadership of Snr High Chief Idowu F Asonja has continued to carry out his duties in safeguarding oil and gas infrastructure within the state with utmost professionalism,commitment with total submission of loyalty to the Management of Tantita Security Service Nig Ltd and we need to Emphatically inform the public any attempt to link the Ondo State TSSNL Coordinator to any form of nonexistent act of violence is not only mischievous but a desperate effort to undermine his hard work and to also encourage the pipeline vandalism and oil thieves around the region which the operations of Tantita Security Services in Ondo State has already vow to give their best in order to curb the long existence menace in Niger Delta Region of the State.
The Ondo State chapter of TSSNL will like to inform the public that such falsehoods information is typically emerge whenever strong measures are taken against oil theft and illegal bunkering. It is therefore suspected that individuals or groups whose interests are threatened by Tantita’s security services Nig Ltd ongoing efforts may be behind the dissemination of this baseless story, in an attempt to divert attention from the clampdown on illegal activities in the coastal region of Ondo State.
We call on the public to disregard this misleading report in its entirety and remain assured that Tantita Security Services will not be deterred by propaganda or intimidation. The Coordinator and his team remain focused on their mandate to protect national assets and ensure peace and security across the region.
